For the interior features of parts requiring up to a 4Ra surface finish, CMT performs various techniques of polishing. Primarily, CMT uses honing, small speed lathes and high RPM flex shafts to achieve the desired results. The polish media ranges from varying sandpaper grits to application of diamond paste. All parts are subject to 100% visual inspection under a 10X magnification.
